i was wondering what is the best way to allow four other people in the company to run reports i design.

 

e.g. i create a sales report for our two sales managers i need them to be able to run them without needing my help.

 

is it best to just put crystal reports on their pc's with the report i design?

or can it be done on our network with crystal just installed on my machine?

 

how do i lock the report so they cant make any accidental changes?

 

any help with how to do this would be great.
