Hello, I'm new to this Forum and Crystal.  I had an issue with a program/ database that would only accept Capital letters for a search.  I wanted to place the program in Crystal Enterprise for customers but didn't want to make it difficult to search and produce the report.  The report was simple and produced all requested employees name, address and both work and home phone numbers.  Report allowed multiple values in Parameters.  After numerous inquires and several people the solution was to create a parameter Edit mask with ">LCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC.  Just make sure enough C's are put in after the L to cover the largest last name in Data base.
