I am developing a report to find the Top 2 best teams based on the % of resolved time for tickets. The data looks like this :
Team Name No.of Tickets resolved % resolved within time
Team A 2000 90%
Team B 2500 89%
Team C 600 98%
Team D 50 100%
When I simply sort the data or use top N based on the % , then Team D and Team C will be the best teams - 100 % & 98 % , but when compared in conjunction with the No. of tickets resolved, then Team A and B have actually performed well.
How to calculate this and display in report ? Kindly assist.
