Hi,

 
Can someone help me on this matter please,
 
I need to display a set of data in the format shown below
 
STRINGID WORKID NAME DROP INVOICE
 
NS3         100       TEST   15      10.00
NS3         200       TEST   15      10.00
NTH         100       TEST1 20       20.00
NTH         300       TEST1 20       20.00
 
and at the footer of the report it should be displayed
 
NS3         300        TEST   30       20.00
NTH         400        TEST1 40       40.00
 
diplaying the first part is not a problem but the second grouping.
please someone help me ASAP.

I would use a subreport in the second part. It would basically be the same as the top portion, but use a group to summarize the data accordingly.

I am still not there, having problem.
 
Brian,
 
I think I am having trouble grouping data to display the summary at the bottom of each wrokingID.
 
Also having trouble displays distinct data for the corresponding workingID.
It would be appreciated if you could explain a bit more.
 
I also need to know where to place the subreport in the main report as it not displays the data correctly as well.
