Hi,
I need some help urgently.

I am working in Crystal 2008.

I have a report with a chart and a cross-tab table with a SUM in summary field. It looks fine. Now I want to include another cross-tab with the percentage in the summary field. When I do this it destroys the results in the first cross-tab table and in a chart also.

Both these cross-tab tables are using different data sets but the same universe.

P.S - I cannot use the sub-report as I eventually have to bring this report into live office and live office does not support sub-reporting feature.

Any help will be greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Sheriey

When you say it destroys the other CT and chart do you mean because you are running it with a different set up data (e.g. last FY vs. this FY)?

Yes !!.
And as soon as I delete the 2nd CT the data in the 1st CT automatically get corrected.

Thanks :)

Do you have date parameters to select the data you want?
If so you can alter the select statement o grab both FY data.
Create a formula field to split it into each Fiscal Year.
Create a Group on this FY formula.
Place your crosstabs (and other charts) into the Fiscal Year level Group Header.
THis will limit each CT to only showing data that falls into that FY.
Does that work for your set up?
