Hi everyone,

I'm new here, and have been using Crystal Reports since version 5.0, but have come across something I've never seen before. Just recently, and out of nowhere, when we try to open .rpt files directly from file folders or shortcuts, CR XI will open but the report will not. We just get a blank, gray screen. However, when we go to Open from within CR XI, navigate to the report and select it.....the report opens. Any ideas as to what could be happening? We have a lot of users that are not all that tech-savvy, and they're lost with their shortcuts no longer working.
