Topic: how to repeat text object vertically on page. Posted: 18 Mar 2010 at 1:31am
Hi,
i have one report with crosstab,i put text object just above the cross tab for heading purpose.i want these text object should repeat on each page.
if my report increasing horizontally it is showing text object in next page (i have checked on repeat on horizontal page),but if my report increases vertically it does not shows these text object.
I know its late to reply for this query but for those who want answer with this.
Normally the default location of a crosstab type of report will be at report header. When you create a "textobject" or "put a logo" at run time it only appears in first page.
Here's some tips.
You transfer your crosstab design in report footer then suppress or collapse report header. Then you put the logo or text box that you want to display in every page or vertically in the Page header Area.
