Hi,

I am using Crystal report XI. I am new to crystal report.

I am in need to restrict the number of line in Page header.

For Example, if the record set having 20 records then it would be displayed only 10 records in the first page header then the remaining 10 will displayed on the next page header. Can any one help me to resolve this?

Thanks for your help

you can solve your problem through SQL .
create one temp table and 10 record for this ten record insert ID for these 10 reocrd by using cursor or loop.

e.g
my output will look as

ID  product_id
1  100
1  101
1  102
1  103
1  104
1  105
1  106
1  107
1  108
1  109
2  110
2  111
2  112
2  113

group on ID in report.

this may help you.

I have created a command that created a temp table and it appears to work just fine.  I have not tried using cursor or a loop, so that would be a test.  Just be sure to drop the table at the end of the command.
