Hello,

How can I create groups in CR that are not nested?
What I would like to achieve is something like beneath example;
where Group3 is not nested in Group 2.
My purpose is to sort first on Group1, then to sort all data on Group 2 independent from group3, and only then sort on group3. Please let me know how to achieve this.

GH1
 GH2
 GF2

 GH3
 GF3

GH1

best regards,

Grouping does more than sort. What you are descibing seems more like a question of how to group data at Group2 but it is hard to tell based on the limited information.

Only way I can think of that might come close to what you are decribing is with subreports that would replace G2 and G3 but again hard to tell without knowing the data and what you are trying to do with it.

That being said I still think you want to look at it more along grouping at level 2.
