Hi All,

Is there any method to read records one by one and check for particular ID.... if found i want to place the date of that ID into some other variable.... so that i can find out which date is biggest for which id..... with this i can eliminate the unnecessary records which are not required....

Thanks & Regards,

Simplest method is to use a stored procedure to gather the data, you can have it identify the values that you want. Otherwise I would perform the work in the Report/Selection Formulas/Record, since this reads each record.  Shared/Global variables and maybe arrays will be your friends.
