I have a customer who uses a ton of Crystal reports.  They don't want to change the reports themselves but they've asked me if it is possible to save the password, so users don't have to enter it every time they open crystal and try to connect to the database.  This is important because they want everyone to have access to crystal, but they don't want to give out the password.

The other question is, is it possible to auto-prompt parameters.  In other words, the moment the report is opened, the parameters pop up, without you having to hit refresh.  They're not looking to do custom SQL coding.  They want a quick and easy fix.  **They also have crystal viewer.  Can the parameters autoprompt in that program?

I told him that all of his issues could be solved by Crystal server - emailing data to the users who need it, when they need it, without giving them access to the database.  Advice please.  Thanks in advance.
