Hi

I have a drill down report that has the following structure.

REPORT HEADER

PAGE HEADER

GROUP HEADER

DETAILS

GROUP FOOTER

PAGE FOOTER

REPORT FOOTER

All of the report info pre drill down is in the GROUP HEADER with HIDE DRILL DOWN selected for the DETAILS.

It all works fine except I don't know where to put the HEADERS for the DETAILS section without it repeating against each DETAIL line.

First time I have tried a drill down so I am not sure about the structure.

you can conditionally suppress any section using a formula with drilldowngrouplevel.

so, i would suggest that you right mouse click on the group header, insert section below, add your detail titles to this section and then suppress it using the formula drilldowngrouplevel = 1.

it will then only be visible on the drill down.

cheers,

steve.

I used this concept for the following formula

IF drilldowngrouplevel = 0 THEN TRUE ELSE FALSE
