I have created a series of letters and set the page setup so that all the margins are set to 0. This is to accomodate an embedded company header and footer.
On my own personal printer it prints fine, when open the report and choose one of the company's printers the margins suddenly resize.
How do I stop this from happening as they need to remain at 0.

Did you save the report with it pointing to your printer? This may not work, but try going to Page Setup and turning on No Printer (optimize for screen display).
Margins may change as you change printers because some printers have areas at the edges of a page where they are physically unable to print. If this is the case with the printer you're dealing with, there's not much you can do about it.
