Crystal Reports Opendocument url hyperlinking error

Message

     When I try to click on the opendocument url, it is throwing this error. 

There was an error retrieving data from the server: The object was not found. 

My opendocument url is of this format:

http://servername/businessobjects/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sPath=[folder],[subfolder]&sDocName=Testreport

Can someone correct this url? Thanks
