Hello Folks,
I am trying to create a new formula which shoudnt have the negatives and also trying to get rid of a special field called gross_rec_nc, but eventually am getting this Boolean Error. Am providing the Error formula below. Can anyone please throw some light on this.

 if {rep41_tbl_detail.gross_recovery} < 0 then 0 else {rep41_tbl_detail.gross_recovery} and({rep41_tbl_detail.gross_recovery} = {rep41_tbl_detail.gross_recovery} - {rep41_tbl_detail.gross_rec_nc})

Thanks

change the 0 to a false...just a guess, but what Crystal is telling you is that both 'parts' of an if have to return the same type of answer. It doesn't like:
if true then "zero" else 10
