Hi There,

I got a problem with cross tab when exported to excel, Call_id field is occupying 4 cells. Below is the structure

AssignedGroup---Call_Id---Total
A--------------------100--------1---
A--------------------101--------1---
----------------------Total-------2---
B--------------------102--------1---
B--------------------103--------1---
----------------------Total-------2---
C--------------------104--------1---
----------------------Total-------1---

can anyone help? How to restrict call_id to fit in single cell?
