Hello - I am working on a report which customizes the information based on a person's last name.  Two of the folks have similar last names and Crystal Reports is only showing one of them.  It makes sense that CR would combine similar values but I want to disable this feature somehow.  My goal is to have Crystal Reports to display each person's name in the drop down menu even if the last names are similar.

I currently have the Last Name Field set as the Value and the First Name Field set as the Description.  Can anyone help me figure out a solution?

Thanks!

Tom

Create a concantenated field (either in a command or your source view/stored proc) and use that as your list value
