First make a back-up of the Excel file in case you do not like the result of what follows. In Excel, highlight the entire area yu want corrected. Then:
Data>Filter>Advanced Filter
Select Unique Records Only and OK. This assumes the blank rows are the only totally identical rows in the spreadsheet. Since the blank rows are not unique they will be filtered out.
