I am developing a software using Vb.net 2008 and Cr 12.1.0.892
after loading my application the first report calling take 2 - 5 minutes to be viewed by the viewer to to be printed
next time if i ask the same report or another report it printed very fast 0.1 - 0.5 minutes

The issue is that the .NET assemblies that run Crystal don't load into memory until your application uses them. How much RAM is on the machine where your application is running? How much free space is available on the hard drive? The more of both that you have, the faster the report will load and process. (Crystal can be a memory hog.)
