We have created a cross tab report that shows departments in columns and number of new clients per month in rows. In the summarized field we have set it to count the total number of new clients. What we would like do is add a further row that gives us the average number of new clients. In other words total number of clients divided by number of rows (so each column has its own average). On other post people are talking about setting the summarized field to average but this is not on our list of options. We are using Crystal Reports 2008.
