Is there a way to ignore the sorting that  is created with a group?

I have a report that groups on region then branch, so the report is automatically sorted by region first then branches within that region.  I would like to keep both groups but override the branch sort by dollar amount sort within each region.

This report was originally done in MS Access, but is now being moved to Crystal.  the query that feeds the MS access report is already summed by branch so on the report all is needed is a region group.

would i have to create an SQL view that sums the data by branch then group the result on the report by region?

Thanks,
