Hello
I am fairly new to Crystal Reports (I am running version XI with Raisers Edge).
 
I am running a cross tab report which is using Name along the vertical access, as you can imaging the size varies from cell to cell. Currently when it get to the end of the cell it just cuts off I would like to use word wrap,  however the 'Can Grow' option is grayed out.
 
Additionally is there a way to get the report to shrink to 1 page across (in a similar way to excel) as it overspills by just 1 row.

You can rotate the text to 90 (or 270 Degrees) to shrink the COlumn width.
For the word wrap you can clcik in the text field and change the sizing by grabbing the corner and resizing. If you shrink the width and increase the height it will "wrap". Unfortunately it seems to apply these changes as set and they do not alter to expand or contract basedon the data. So if your headers are ging to change you run the risk of them getting cut off.
