I want to format the 0.75 as 75% and 0.0615 as 6.15% .

How can i achieve this?

worse comes to worse, you can use totext({table.field}*100, "#,##.##%") if it is a number field, if it is string, I would replace {table.field} with val({table.field}).
 
this will not give consistent alignments as the decimals to the right are not consistent...but some people are ok with that.
