Hi I am new here and fairly new to Crystal reports XI

I use Crystal Reports to report on an MS Access Database, but each week i am having to amend filters to get the data i want.

I want to set up a form that pops up when i open a report, that will allow me to enter parameters for my data required.

i want to filter on:

Year
Week
Etc...

I have seen it done but not sure how to set it up.

Can you please point me in the right direction

Thanks

Andy

Create Parameters then link the parameter fields to the data fields that you want to filter on in the select expert (e.g. {table.datefield}=>{?DateParamater}).
To create a paramter field click on the parameters option and select new.
Add a name and field type. It must match the field type you want to filter on later (e.g. date or datetime field).
