as a first try, create another section underneath the one being display, draw your line, then make the section the height of the line.  This should allow a line to appear underneath your data, independent of the length of the data.

But as the "address" part, will this line appear on both two line of data?

depends on how that line is created...if it is 2 lines or just one that wraps.  if it wraps, then I don't think so.
