Hi,

I have a report that has multiple pages due to more than one record.  How do you suppress all the records except the 1st one?  Basically I am trying to make it so when someone runs the report and they hit print, it only prints 1 page (the first record) only and not 50 additional extra pages.  Please help...

Thank you!

I assume you're just using the Detail sections.

Are the records logically related in any way (such as Invoice Number, User ID, etc.)?  Are you doing any grouping?

If there is some sort of logical relationship, create a group on it and put all of your data in the group header section.  You'll then get just the information from the first record in the group.
