Created a pie chart that describes total down time on a server.  It gets the down time from a summary on the report.   The pie chart displays one sible slice taking up 100% of the chart.  I need to find a way to compare the total down time to the total minutes in a month.  This way the slice of the pie that represents the down time would be accurate.  Help!!!!! New to Crystal Reports too.

I think you would have to create a formula to give you the total minutes in the month then subtract the your totals of doen time and use these items for your pie chart:
This formula should give you the total minutes for the current month.
datediff('n',Dateadd ('d',1,(currentdate) - (datepart("d",currentdate))),Dateadd ('m',1,Dateadd ('d',1,(currentdate) - (datepart("d",currentdate)))))
