You can write your own SQL code using the command object. Go to Database, Database Expert and right click on Command. Enter your SQL query. When you create your report, you can use the fields identified in your select statement.

Crystal doesn't allow commands for all database/connection types. The way to know if it does is to create your connection. If "Add Command" appears just below the connection name, you can add SQL to a command.
