HI,

In the SQLServer 2005, the column datatype is nvarchar(max, null). but when i connect that table to Crystal Report XI, it is being converted to MEMO data type in the Report. Why is it so?

Please clarify the reason...

Thanks and Regards,

What is the max size of the field?  Crystal sees string fields over a certain width as memos.  In older versions of Crystal, the limit was 256 characters.  I'm not sure what it is in XI.
