	When I try to create any query in Crystal Reports 11, I get an error! Here is an example: Select person.id from person_tbl as person Here is the error that I get: Error in compiling SQL expression: Database Connector Error: '42000:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keywork 'Select'. [Database Vendor Code: 156].

	Does anyone have any ideas on this? Does anyone know where I can find good tutorials on how to use SQL in Crystal Reports?

	You say that you get this error for ANY query you enter. Thus, that tells me that it isn't the SQL syntax which is the problem. Does it work when you you the Database Expert and it creates the SQL? Your SQL here looks fine. Sounds like maybe you have a corrupt SQL ODBC DLL?

	How can you check if that file is corrupt. Is there a way around it.? Thanks
