Hi,
The issues is when we export data from crystal report to Excel (Data Only) format the alignment is not proper but when we export data from crystal report to Excel is working fine.

when we export data from crystal report to Excel (Data Only) format the data get interchanged.

Anita,
In report export option,select excel with data only, in that select the custom radio button for excel format. for the column width select the crsytal report section based on which the your width column in excel sheet will be set. and also select the maintain column alignment
