Hi,
I am a neophyte in Crystal and have a problem. I have created a crosstab report that gives a count of certain CTI's in Remedy as the percent of the total. My problem is that the percentages are truncated. Is there a way to display the percentages with 2 decimal places accuracy in a crosstab?  Data in Bold is using percentage of Count function.

Total Jan-June08

SecurityPermissionsAdd 22%   SecurityPermissionsAdd 22.50

HardwareDesktopMove 19%     HardwareDesktopMove 19.17

SoftwareDesktopInstall 16%  SoftwareDesktopInstall 16.67

HardwareDesktopInstall 12%  HardwareDesktopInstall 12.50

SecurityPermissionsDelete 6%  SecurityPermissionsDelete 6.67

NetworkLANInstall 3%  NetworkLANInstall 3.33

HardwareLaptopInstall 2%  HardwareLaptopInstall 2.50

HardwarePrinterInstall 2%  HardwarePrinterInstall 2.50

HardwarePeripheralInstall 1%   HardwarePeripheralInstall 1.67

HardwarePrinterMove 1%  HardwarePrinterMove 1.67

Thank you,
Tom Farney

I just wanted to post that the problem has been identified. Crystal Reports 10, when using the Count summary in a crosstab table, will lock the format to an interger value. When the show as a percentage box is checked, it calculates the percentage, then truncates or clips the value to the right of the decimal point. This locks the percentage format into an integer display and the extra value is lost. Percentages will not add up to 100. I don't know if this is a known problem, or if there is a way to correct it in the options. I do know that reformatting the cell or the crosstab table will not work.
Thank you,
Tom Farney
