Hi,
I'm trying to help a user who is unable to access her Crystal Reports via her web browser. It functions perfectly on other machines but not hers. I suspect it could be the version of windows explorer thats being used. But a i'd appreicate and advice anyone can give.

Have you ever used Crystal Enterprise, a.k.a InfoView? You get a web page to publish reports and set up users with passwords to access particular reports at full PDF quality - less browser worries. See Business Objects
