Hi i am fairly new to Crystal and need some help.

I have a group that looks up dates and i have set it up so that it prints per month.

I would now like to set up criteria so that it only picks dates in the current financial year.  is this possible? and what formula etc should i use? do i use the formula bit in the group section? or create a new formula!

Thanks in advanceConfused

Hi,

Create a formula called

frm_currentyr

year(currendate)

this will give you current financial year . which will be 2008 .

then compare with you date field from the table in record selection formula

year({Table.FieldName}) = {@frm_currentyr}

this will only show records for current financial year grouped by month.

Cheers
