	Why wont subreport show up in certain sections of report? Such as Page Footer?

	Subreports do work in page footer. But sometimes it depends on parameters if you see data of your subreport in this or that section, or not

	Your question was why: Headers (and I assume footers) are executing when there is no active record in the dataset - it's before (or after) your dataset query/filters/etc have run. Your subreport, linked to some value in your main dataset (null when you are in header/footer areas), will never fire. At least that's how I understand the logic.
