iam having some problems to make a sum of some fields of my report:

 

item name  -    price type    -    price      - date

 

item nº1     -        MAT         -    0,2123   - 31-01-08

item nº2     -        MOQ        -    0,1272   - 31-01-08

item nº3     -        NUM         -    0,3312   - 31-01-08

 

 

the list has +140.000 records, and what i wanted to do is to sum the total price (item nº1 + itemnº2 + item nº3) of the items in the last day of each month.

 

Another big problem is that, not all of the items have 3 prices, some have 3 some have 2 and some have only 1 price

 

is there anyone that can help me?????
