Hello everyone.
I have a problem.
When i insert a text field and beneath an ole object and the text field has a lot of data, when it reaches the ole object it writes above it. I can't find a way to tell the ole object to move down when the text field has a lot of lines.
Any help?

The simplest solution is to create a second details section, and put the OLE object into it.  The original details section will expand with the text area, pushing the new section, and the OLE object with it, down.

As a note, this may cause unwanted behavior in things like multi-column reports, boxes, and slick formatting tricks.  But, most of those issues can be resolved with a little extra work.

Ok i'll give it a try, thanks.
So basically you can't just put an object above another and expect it to grow and push the other?

Nope.  This is partially by design, but mostly simply a limitation of how Crystal actually processes the data and its objects.  (Though, come to think of it, I can't think of another reporting application that would allow a growing text box to push the other objects around.)

Thanks.
