If I have groups set up, and there is a page break after each group, is there a way to have the pages numbered "1 of 1" , "1 of 3", "2 of 3" and have the numbering reset after each group?

Try:
From Special Fields in Field Explorer, put the 'Page N of M' field on your your Page Footer.
For the Group you'd like the page numbering to reset, go into the Section Expert for that Goup Footer and check the box that says "Reset Page Number After".
