That's an interesting one. My first thought is to create a group footer and make it large enough to fill the entire page. That would give you a blank page after the end of the group. But you also have a problem with possible overlap where it might cause the page to extend a little onto a second page and mess up the formatting. So I would test it out to see how it works. Another idea is to make a second Group Header section above the current Group Header and make it take a full page and be blank. Then I would use conditional formatting to turn if off for the first record so that it doesn't put a blank page at the beginning of the report.

Brian,

I did try your first idea before. But Lets say if a group spans 2 pages then it will create a blank page after page 2. The issue here is we are using duplex printers and printing on both sides of the pages. So when it prints we need to make sure that each division starts on a new page ie on a even number page so that we dont mess up double sided printing.

May be I can try your second idea. But if you have any other ways of doing it, let me know. I will keep you posted.

Thanks
Vijay
