I am migrating to XI from 8.5 and in my parameters we had a formula in the select expert that would give you an option to choose "blank" for all records? How can this be done in XI?
old - ({MWAPPTS.REASON} = {?REASON} or {?REASON}='')

Add an item to your List of Values like "All" and then change the formula to:
({MWAPPTS.REASON} = {?REASON} or {?REASON}='all')
