I'm building a Crystal report from a database where depending on the case type a record number may or may not be generated.

The purpose of this report is to count how many records fall under each case type.

It appears that the records that have a record number are being counted and the records that do not have a record number are not being counted.

I created running totals to tabulate and I used this formula under the "Evaluate" section:

{CCM_MASTER_1_ACT.CASE_TYPE}= "CIC-PDP"

This formula works for all the case types that have a record number attached but does not work for the records without a record number.

Is there an additional string I can add to include all records in the count, regardless if a record number is attached?

Thank you
