I am using call open date as one of the parameter, nowe i want to calculate number of carry forwarded calls, which are opend before todays date and are not closed on the same day but are still in open state or closed state.

So when i am using open date as parameter, i am having a problem that i am not able to retriew the carry forwarded calls, so i had tried grouping by parameter, buty unable to find the same.

i am using this to calculate carry forwarded calls.

if({incidentsm1.open_time} < {?From Date})  and  ({incidentsm1.close_time}  >=  {?From Date}) Then
Count ({incidentsm1.open_time})
else 0

 

but it is not working fine, can u suggest me some other way
