Please help me with a solution for the below issue,

Issue:
We have a server named "Reports on Demand". We store the crystal reports on this server. A user can schedule a report to run at a specific date and time. Also the destination for the report output can be set while being scheduled. Also the report name is hard-coded for example, "Grade 9 students", while being scheduled.

Each user is assigned a school. For example,
user 1 is assigned school number 001 and school name A
user 2 is assigned school number 002 and school name B

When user 1 runs the report, the report has data for school number 001 only and the report is named as "Grade 9 students".

The Need: When user 1 runs the report, I want the report name to be as "sch # sch name date time" for example, "001 A 07302015 1400". Hence the report needs to be named dynamically based on the user school.

Can someone please let me know how the dynamic naming of the report can be done.

I do not know of a way unless it can be done with code outside of Crystal itself and then I am still not very confident.
