Hello All,

Can you please help me with a suppression formula please.

If two fields in the same record share the same value, Field {X} and {Y} then I would like all records that share the same value as field {Z} to be suppressed (that may or may not have the same {X} and {Y} field values).

Thanks in advance.

edit: better, simpler explanation of problem

this sounds like you are comparing multiple rows (Z value) to each other.
is there a grouping? can you show sample row level data?

If I understand correctly ? you want to display {X}, {Y}, and {Z}, but if either {X} or {Y} match {Z} then do not display the matching {X} or {Y}.

I would use formulas for something like this.

{@XFormula}
if {X} <> {Z} then {X}

{@YFormula}
if {Y} <> {Z} then {Y}

Hello DBlank,

There is no grouping to really be concerned about. I have added an image explaining the problem a little more visually.
