I have a report that is exported to Excel format however the columns does not align with the data. For example:

Column A      Column B      Column C      Column D
1            54343    676786    676786
2            76767    354365    676786
3            56433    456686    676786
4            54665    964386    676786
5            56565    089756    676786


I tried putting in Guidelines but still didn't export correctly. Any idea? Please help!

When exporting to Excel. It is a lot of trial and error.  Mostly the column headers and fields have to be the same width and aligned vertically.  Also you did not mention whether you were doing an data only export.
