Crystal Reports Export in .xlsx format

Hi All, 
I have a question on Crystal 2011. When exporting the file into .xlsx format, I found that the new line turned out as _x00 a_

For example, when it is showing on the Crystal Report Preview:

Order Details:

Model 123 - 10 units
Model 456 - 5 units

But the xlsx format shows:
Order Details_x00 a_Model 123 - 10 units_x00 a_Model 456 - 5 units_x00 a_

Any idea why it is showing _x00 a_?
