I'm trying to pull the maximum of education level.  Currently, my query is pulling a record for any degree a person has entered.  So if they have an AS and a BS, it pulls both.  I would like to pull only the highest.

 

The query has a subquery that pulls only people who have entered their educ level into the system.

 

Then it has a query that pulls everyone, even if they haven't entered the educ level.  I'm not sure how to write a statement to pull max or where to put it in my query.  Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
