	I am an intermediate Crystal user. While printing records from a transaction file (invoices), is it possible to use VBA to have Crystal look to a field on a customer record, and if there is an email present, email the invoice through outlook and if no email is present, just print a hard copy (which Crystal does by default)?

	probably not. if you have an application, you could tailor what you send to the report, and probably have the application do the emailing.
