I have the folloiwng data on a cross tab report.

XYZ       512.00     100.00            -612.00      0.00

 

abc        715.00      150.00                         865.00

 

dfu         600.00     -750.00                       -150.00

 

tnt                                      150.00             150.00

 

Totals     1827.00    -500.00 150.00 -612.00 865.00                             

 

I want to eliminate rows with negative values and 0 values form the report. In the above case i want to display only the second and 4 row values and the totals of the columns should also display the  totals of figures for rows 2 and 4. Can anyone suggest a solution for this.

I figured out how to do this in Cross tab. Created formulas and group by invoice number and sum by invoice and filtered all the items with sum totals less than 0 and the used that for summarization.
