So Crystal crashed in the middle of a report. I was able to find the autosave file but upon opening it I receive the following error.

%1 could not be found.

Failed to open document.

I have searched high and low and can not figure out what this means and a potential fix. The other auto save files seem to open just fine but not the one that I need. any thoughts???

does it have .rpt as the extension?

Maybe copy the %1 file to a new name adding the .rpt extension.

Also, the original file location is 51kb versus the auto save at 64kb so there's more data in the autosave file
